Rachel Bedford
Managing Director and Registered Manager
I started my career in the care sector over 25 years ago and have never looked back.

My passion is to look after others, and ensure they get the outstanding care they deserve. I have managed Care Homes for over 15 years, achieving an Outstanding CQC inspection as recent as 2021, whilst at the same time leading the team to win 'best in Wellbeing category' at the national Care Home Awards, 2022. An achievement I am immensely proud of. I constantly strive to further my knowledge, having achieved various NVQ’S including a level 4 in Health and Social Care and a level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management
I also possess extensive knowledge in the field of Dementia care. I am constantly exploring ways that we can improve the quality of life of others. RHB Care now provides me and the team the opportunity to make a difference, by enriching the lives of people in our community at a time that they need it the most. I am proud to lead the experienced and compassionate family at RHB Care.

We love being part of the RHB Care team and meeting new friends, both four legged and the human kind!
Never ones to turn down the offer of a stroke, walk, play time, or a tasty treat or two. We enjoy our time in the office, and looking out for visitors.
Seeing smiles makes us feel very happy and there are always lots at the RHB office! We would love for you pop in and say ‘hello’ to us at our home in Efford Park, Lymington.
